Getting mammography done today is a different experience compared to the old times. Technological advancements have made the whole process simpler and quicker, making it as easy as checking your blood pressure.<\/p>\n

During a mammography session, two cushioned surfaces- ergonomically designed to minimize discomfort, compress the breast tissue without too much pressure nor any pricks. The compression helps in achieving good medical images so that even small specs of cancer can be detected in very early stages. In some 3D mammography machines,it takes just 3.7 seconds to obtain an image.<\/p>\n
